The luminaire body is made of durable plastic, with stiffening ribs and ventilation holes. A C-shaped rubber profile is glued along the perimeter of the body, which protects the product from mechanical damage, and prevents damage to the paintwork of the car. 

The diffuser is made of light-engineering, shock-resistant plastic with a matte, anti-glare surface and a high degree of light transmission. Also on the diffuser there are control buttons and decorative elements.

The luminaire is powered by a non-removable 1,3 meter long spiral cable. The end of the cable has a plug for the car cigarette lighter. The scope of delivery also includes a car cigarette lighter socket with alligator clips for connecting the lamp to a battery.

The Glexo Hail Micro Kit has been specially designed to help technicians with small hail damages. Repairing hail is a difficult job where saving time is very important. Since the Glexo PDR cold glue can overheat during continuous operation, affecting its performance, the Glexo Hail Micro system includes redundant tabs to enable continuous working. The kit includes a fundamentally new PDR cold glue composition with very high adhesive properties, which allows you to perform repairs with insignificant contact areas.

The Glexo Hail Micro kit includes two tabs 10mm /0,39”, two tabs 15mm /0,59” and two tabs 20mm /0,79". The kit contains two types of PDR cold glue composition for different working conditions.

It allows you to work without problems at the parts' edges via capacity to chose working angle. Due to the large contact area and sharp spikes, it creates a shrinking effect on the metal in the damaged area. It is used with the technique of short strikes or the technique of gentle pressure.

Sonic Solo Round is a PDR tip with many sharp spikes for working with internal damage access. Due to the large contact area and sharp spikes, it creates a shrinking effect on the metal in the damaged area. It is used with the technique of short sharp blows or the technique of the soft neat pressure.
